Welcome to Bon Temps! We're starting our read-through of the Southern Vampire Mysteries. In this episode, we meet Sookie Stackhouse, a very insightful waitress who befriends Bill, a surprisingly chill vampire. Things are going swimmingly until people start turning up murdered. Hopefully the killer isn't Bill, or his decidedly un-chill vampire friends.
